- Travel to customer sites for inspection, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and commissioning of hydrogen storage infrastructure and electrolyzers
- Execute and lead high-level service repair projects on existing hydrogen infrastructure
- Provide training to first responders, customers, and Plug service personnel on hydrogen infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support ongoing maintenance and operation of industrial hydrogen infrastructure, including interpreting electrical wiring schematics and conducting pressure testing
- Document results from system testing and commissioning at the completion of each project
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction, repair, or maintenance in an electrical, industrial, or mechanical field
- Associate’s degree or vocational degree in engineering, electronics, pressurized systems, or a related field preferred; or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to travel as needed for the position, up to 100%
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial hydrogen systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with industrial gas or high‑pressure systems
- High level of skill in mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- Ability to diagnose system failures and isolate root causes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and correspondence
