Voice Administrator​/Engineer III

Job Overview

This is a Contract position based in Aiea, HI. The pay range for this role is $38.08 - $45.00 per hour. The position is fully onsite.

• Education & Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 2-6 years of relevant experience.

  Current DoD 8750 IAT Level II certification, Security+ CE or equivalent. Must have an active Secret security clearance.
• Voice Platforms: Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Avaya Aura Application Server.
• Technical Expertise: SIP internetworking signaling and call flow; advanced fault analysis for routing, switching, security and large‑scale voice implementations; BGP routing protocols;
  QoS classification, marking and prioritization; distributed firewall infrastructure;
  Secure Real‑Time Transport Protocol (SRTP) and associated codecs; IPSec implementation and troubleshooting; IPSec MPLS VPN infrastructure.
• Additional
  
  Experience:
  
  Working knowledge of SRTP, G.711, G.729, DTMF;
  Cisco Unified Communications Manager and/or Avaya Aura soft switches;
  Oracle SBCs and other voice media gateway appliances; network device administration; routing and switching; VMWare virtualization;
  Cisco ASA firewalls. Familiarity with the transition from TDM to all‑IP voice and experience with Ribbon Communications and Oracle SBC platforms.
