** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Provides senior leadership and strategic oversight for accounting, investing, and financial activities of the program.

+ Formulate comprehensive financial policies and serve as the final technical authority for validating complex financial reports.

+ Authorize the implementation of strategic financial plans to ensure long-term program sustainability and regulatory compliance.

+ Manages the enterprise-level financial architecture for the ILS2 program and ensures the synchronization of budgeting and forecasting activities.

+ Approve financial risk assessments and coordinate with mission partners to optimize resource allocation in contested environments.

+ Lead the analysis of theater-wide financial trends to refine program-wide fiscal posture and audit readiness.

+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* + BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field

+ 12+ years of position relevant experience.

*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Master's degree in Finance or Accounting;

+ Experience as a Senior Financial Officer for large-scale DOD sustainment contracts.

** Clearance Requirement:*
* + Must hold an active Secret clearance

* Physical Requirements:

* + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
