We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Waipahu or Aiea, Hawaii.

What We Need

We are in search of a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator who has at least one year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality and effective customer service. Understands insurance verification and authorization process and capable of explaining and collecting copays and coinsurance. This isn’t just about answering calls and scheduling appointments;

it’s about being a pivotal part of a patient's healthcare experience.

Bilingual in English and Tagalog is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for a positive healthcare experience.
  • Coordinate and manage patient care with empathy and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless communication between patients, family members, and healthcare providers.
  • Manage patient appointments, records, and follow-up care with a detail-oriented approach. Includes insurance verification and authorization.
  • Advocate for patient needs and contribute to team efforts to enhance service standards.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Lives in or near Waipahu or is willing to commute.
  • Is willing to commute to Pearlridge Mall to support our other clinic.
  • Possesses a natural "caring" attitude, showing empathy and a proactive approach in addressing patient concerns.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Has strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
