Busy private practice office is seeking an experienced Clinical Medical Assistant for a full-time position to work Monday-Friday schedule at our Aiea office. We are interested in someone who is passionate about patient care and have the drive and dedication to grow within the company.

- Answer phone calls in a friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain provider schedules
- Update and file patient medical records
- Coordinate clinical information between providers, other clinical staff and patients
- Coordinate radiology and lab orders
- Call in or send electronic prescriptions through certified EHR
- Instructing and explaining pre-procedure instructions
- Check phone messages and respond in a timely manner
- Demonstrate ability to listen and communicate with others in a professional and caring manner including sensitivity with individuals from diverse cultures and lifestyles
