** Responsibilities
* ** Guest engagement skills to effectively develop guest rapport and ensure strong outlet success in achieving high level of guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark.
* Proactively seek opportunities to innovate and enhance spa treatments, wellness offerings, and the overall guest experience by introducing thoughtful special touches and staying current with evolving beauty, wellness, and lifestyle trends, while ensuring alignment with Four Seasons standards and the relaxed, restorative spirit of Ko Olina.
* Support inventory management, requisitions, storage, and cost-effective use of spa products and supplies.
* Assist in the development of spa packages, seasonal offerings, wellness programming, and promotional initiatives.
* Coordinate spa events and promotions, including requesting and executing BEOs when applicable.
* Contribute to a spa promotional calendar in partnership with Spa Leadership and Marketing.
* Observe the physical condition of spa facilities, equipment, and guest areas; recommend improvements or maintenance needs.
