About The Role We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Manager In Training who strives for excellence in a fast‑paced work environment. This position reports to our Assistant Director and Director of Food & Beverage.

What You Will Do

Learn and develop functional management skills in a variety of situations and environments through hotel‑wide departmental rotation and home department placement’s, with the goal to be promoted to an Assistant Manager based on ability and performance.

What You Bring
  • College education, hotel or business administration degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent human relations skills; proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations in a positive and effective manner.
  • Hawaii Food Handler Card.
  • Maui Liquor Card.
  • Serv Safe (within 3 months).
  • Tuberculosis Clearance.

Schedule & Hours
  • Full time.
  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
