Job Summary
Job Type: Full Time. Clearance:
Secret. Must be a US Citizen.

- Receive, store, and transfer COMSEC equipment and materials.
- Train Ministry of Defense (MINDEF) personnel and coalition personnel in COMSEC custodianship and operation.
- Conduct periodic inventories and inspections of COMSEC equipment and materials.
- Manage transaction files in accordance with NSA CSS Policy Manual 316.
- Document quarterly inventories, inspections, and routine destruction of COMSEC material when required.
- Conduct semi‑annual inventories and reconcile with the Central Office of Record (COR).
- Update COMSEC publications with amendments.
- Provide reporting and documentation on COMSEC‑related issues.
- Develop and maintain distribution plans.
- Provide on‑site training to coalition personnel on COMSEC equipment.
- Provide keying material during emergencies.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in coordination with the USINDOPACOM Theater COMSEC Manager.
Must have a strong background in C4I Systems and Networks and experience in all aspects of COMSEC equipment and systems, including:
- Secure Communications Internet Protocol (SCIP) devices
- Secure Analog and Data Service devices
- SECTERA Wireline Terminal
- SWT Secure Telephone Equipment
- Stealth (SECTERA) VIPER Phone
Must be able to clearly articulate COMSEC concerns, including recommended courses of action, verbally and in writing to US and Host Nations senior leadership.
Required Training- Complete KMI operations training provided by NSA DoD Service sponsored agency.
- Register and attend the COMSEC Managers Course within three months of starting.
- High School Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience as a COMSEC Manager.
- Direct hands‑on experience with requirements detailed in NSA CSS Policy Manual 316 and KMI 5110 Version 1 (Dated May 2017 IAW DoD 8570.01).
- Must meet IAM I minimum qualifications.
- Preferred
Certifications:
CISM, CISSP or Associate GSLCCC, ISOCAP, CSP, CEH, CISSP CNDC, CLOUDSECURITY CEH.
Typical office environment; travel not required.
