Job Overview
Job Description: Enterprise Architect supporting USPACOM J6 enterprise IT, mission partner interoperability, and Pacific theater operations at Camp Smith, HI. This role focuses on Mission Partner Environment (MPE) engineering planning, development, modernization, and secure integration.
Responsibilities- Support architecture, engineering planning, and design for MPE engineering activities.
- Translate operational and mission partner requirements into actionable technical plans, designs, and integration actions.
- Develop architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and governance recommendations that align mission needs with enterprise standards and modernization priorities.
- Facilitate technical alignment across systems, networks, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and mission partner stakeholders.
- Collaborate with USPACOM J6 stakeholders, service components, mission partners, and GDIT team members to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare clear technical documentation, briefings, status updates, and recommendations for customer and internal leadership.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
- 15+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT or equivalent DoW/enterprise IT environment.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture, mission partner environment architecture, systems integration, architecture roadmaps, technical governance, and Zero Trust alignment.
- Strong communication, analytical problem‑solving, technical writing, customer engagement, and coordination across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and mission partner teams.
- Security clearance:
Current Secret (final). - Preferred:
Experience with USPACOM, combatant command, service component, or joint/coalition mission environments; experience coordinating with military and civilian stakeholders. - Location:
On customer site at Camp Smith, HI.
- Salary range: $187,179 – $230,000 (will depend on experience, location, and contractual requirements).
- Full‑flex work week (when eligible and approved).
