Regional Coordinator Planner
Mantech seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented regional coordinator planners to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plans and directs the logistical functions of organizational units, overseeing resource distribution and supply chain management.
- Monitor the performance of logistics systems and implement organizational policies to achieve operational goals for asset allocation.
- Oversee the documentation of logistical activities and prepare detailed technical reports for senior executive review and coordination.
- Manages the execution of logistics planning tasks and theater distribution analysis for special operations command centers in the pacific aor.
- Evaluate regional logistics status reports to prioritize resource movements and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional planning teams to resolve critical operational bottlenecks affecting theater wide readiness.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum qualifications:
senior level.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical logistics protocols.
Midlevel
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established sops.
Preferred qualifications:
- pmp certification or a related field.
- Experience with joint theater distribution center (jtdc) operations.
- Knowledge of mil-std logistics and force protection protocols within a regional context.
clearance required:
- must hold an active secret clearance
physical requirements:
- the person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
