Facility Supervisor, Projects

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Supervisor, Projects to join our team in Oahu, HI.

• Coordinates and monitors the work of technicians engaged in the maintenance and construction of building systems.
• Prepare work schedules, assign specific project tasks, and verify that all repairs meet established SOPs.
• Maintain records of project activities and ensure that necessary tools and supplies are available for the technical workforce.
• Draft RMI project status reports and maintain construction documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo‑Pacific.
• Prepare project artifacts for senior‑level review and monitor the status of ongoing repairs at regional mission‑support sites.
• Assist in identifying technical project gaps and recommend priority repairs to sustain theater readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of position‑relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to draft technical project documentation and follow established SOPs.

• 7+ years of position‑relevant experience.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety certification.
• Experience using automated project management systems or specialized facilities software.

• Must hold an active Secret clearance.

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
