Senior Program Quality Manager

** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Leads the implementation of the quality management system and coordinates regular process reviews across multi-functional departments.

+ Validate audit findings and authorize corrective action plans to maintain enterprise-wide compliance.

+ Monitor high-value performance indicators and lead internal teams in achieving organizational quality goals.

+ Executes strategic quality oversight for logistics and sustainment deliverables intended for theater mission partners.

+ Validate the accuracy of complex technical reports and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with the theater campaign plan.

+ Coordinate with task leads to proactively identify and resolve programmatic quality issues before they impact mission readiness in the Indo-Pacific.

+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* + BA/BS degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field.

+ 10+ years of position relevant experience.

+ Experience in formal quality oversight and acting as a functional lead for process improvement deliverables.

*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + Six Sigma Green Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).

+

Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 standards in a DoD environment.

** Clearance Requirement:*
* + Must hold an active Secret clearance

* Physical Requirements:

*
* + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
