Senior Property Manager

** Senior Property Manager

** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Leads the execution of property management activities and validates the accuracy of inventory data for senior management review.

+ Coordinate the investigation of property discrepancies and lead the development of technical root-cause analyses for asset loss.

+ Monitor property performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of asset lifecycle improvements.

+ Conducts specialized property reviews for sustainment assets intended for theater mission partners.

+ Validate the technical accuracy of property reports and lead field-level assessments of inventory accountability and distribution procedures.

+ Provide technical guidance to ensure that all property management activities meet theater-specific and Command-mandated standards within the Indo-Pacific AOR.

+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* + BA/BS degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.

+ 10+ years of position relevant experience.

+ Experience in formal property oversight and leading technical root-cause analysis for property discrepancies.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*
* + NPMA Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).

+

Experience with DoD technical manuals and property control for expeditionary equipment.

** Clearance Requirements:*
* + Must hold an active Secret clearance

* Physical Requirements:

* + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
