Senior Logistics Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Logistics Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

• Plans, directs, and coordinates the daily storage and distribution activities to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Manage the allocation of resources and ensure compliance with established safety and organizational standards.
• Lead the identification of system deficiencies and recommend comprehensive restoration or upgrade solutions.
• Manages the technical execution of theater deployment and employment activities to ensure mission readiness.
• Lead the planning for the reception, staging, onward movement, and integration (RSOI) of forces.
• Coordinate with Host Nation partners to secure necessary facilities and support for deployed units across the theater.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Experience in quality gate oversight and coordinating departmental workflows.

• Graduate degree in Business Administration.
• Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Experience in OCONUS logistics and contingency response planning.

• Must hold an active Secret clearance

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
