** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Coordinates and monitors the work of technicians engaged in the maintenance of building systems and mechanical equipment.
+ Prepare work schedules, assign specific tasks, and verify that all repairs meet established SOPs.
+ Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure that necessary tools and supplies are available for the technical workforce.
+ Drafts RMI status reports and maintains preventative maintenance documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.
+ Prepare maintenance artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing repairs at regional mission-support sites.
+ Assist in identifies maintenance gaps and recommend priority repairs to sustain theater readiness.

* Minimum Qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to draft technical maintenance documentation and follow established SOPs.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:
*
* + 7+ years of position-relevant experience.
+ OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
+ Experience using automated maintenance management systems such as IBM Maximo or similar tools.
** Clearance Requirements:*
* + Must hold an active Secret clearance
*
* Physical Requirements:
*
* + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
