Overview
Pali Momi Medical Center has 118 beds and a medical staff of more than 400 physicians, offering a full range of services for Central and West O‘ahu. The hospital has delivered medical firsts for the community, including the area’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center.
Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai‘i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician. Telemetry Unit care focuses on competent and quality intermediate care for patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring and/or frequent assessments and interventions not provided on general Medical/Surgical Units, yet who are more stable than those needing Intensive Care Services.
As a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry Unit, you will provide professional and compassionate nursing services through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of patient care. You will also function as an associate to a charge nurse and begin to assume charge nurse responsibilities with time. We seek someone with excellent patient care and communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
