Greet customers and take food and beverage orders, entering orders into the POS system.;
Ensure orders are complete and accurate and communicate shortages or special requests to kitchen staff.;
Handle cash transactions, including counting cash in the drawer and reconciling with sales.;
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, register areas, display cases, and related equipment.;
Support multiple kitchen roles (Dough Prep, Cut & Pack, Cook, Wing Street, Receiving & Stocking) and follow safety procedures.
