Menehune Water Company is a locally owned water delivery company dedicated to providing high-quality purified drinking water to homes and businesses throughout Oahu. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and refreshing, dependable water solutions to our community.

Menehune Water is seeking motivated, energetic, and self-driven individuals to join our team as Contracted Outside Sales Specialists (1099).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and earning based on performance. You will generate new business through face-to-face outreach, promotional trial offers, and customer relationship building.

This is a commission-based independent contractor position that requires use of your own vehicle for outreach, product setup, and initial delivery of water and dispensers island-wide.

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods and business areas
• Offer and set up promotional trial offers
• Generate leads and identify prospective customers
• Complete new customer setup and initial product delivery using your personal vehicle
• Educate customers on water quality, pricing, delivery schedules, and service benefits
• Manage the full sales process from first contact through closing, paperwork, and payment collection
• Represent Menehune Water professionally and positively in the community
• Maintain reasonable records of sales activity and submit transaction results as needed for compensation processing
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities

• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with confidence approaching new prospects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, dependable, and professional character
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working independently outdoors and in the field
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Reliable personal vehicle
• General Excise (GE) Tax License (or willingness to obtain one)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Knowledge of the local community is a plus
• Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential
• Average annual earnings $50,000+
