Journeyman Electrician

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities

* Install and connect residential solar electrical systems, including panels, inverters, and related components

* Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to ensure system performance and safety

* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation plans

* Work with patented/proprietary products and follow company-specific installation standards

* Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations

* Collaborate with installers, project managers, and field teams across multiple job sites

* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

Required Qualifications:

* Active Journeyman Electrician license

* Experience with residential electrical systems (solar experience preferred)

* Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety practices

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aiea, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
