Electrician; Apprentice

Position: Electrician (1-5 Year Apprentice)
Job Summary

The Electrical Apprentice will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential solar electrical systems across multiple active projects. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-5 years of electrical experience looking to grow their skills with a fast-paced company utilizing proprietary products. Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the installation and connection of residential solar systems, including panels, inverters, and electrical components

* Support troubleshooting and repairs to ensure system performance and safety

* Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and installation plans

* Work with patented/proprietary products while following company installation standards

* Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations

* Collaborate with Journeyman Electricians, installers, and project teams across multiple job sites

* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

Required Qualifications

* 1-5 years of electrical experience or active apprenticeship enrollment

* Basic understanding of residential electrical systems (solar experience a plus)

* Willingness to learn and follow direction in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to read and interpret basic electrical drawings

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites

* Ability to pass a basic background check for clearance to work on public properties

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aiea, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
