Route Delivery Driver

Pay: $20 - $24/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday (Weekends as Needed)

Join a growing food distribution operation serving retail customers across Oahu. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building customer relationships, and staying active throughout the day. You'll manage an assigned route, deliver products, maintain equipment, and provide outstanding customer service at every stop.

• Deliver products and service to an established customer base
• Load and unload products throughout your route
• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance at customer locations
• Complete route paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
• Promote new products, programs, and sales initiatives
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Follow all company, DOT, and safety requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• Current DOT/PUC Medical Clearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using handheld devices and technology
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver products throughout the day
• Ability to pass a drug screening, physical evaluation, and background check
• Ability to obtain access to military facilities
