Description
This position will monitor the implementation of Financial Management Directive 200-12-DD pertaining to the "Management of Funds for Persons Receiving Residential Habilitation” by reviewing and documenting activity using Quick Books for the account(s) containing personal funds and auditing the cash on hand maintained in the residences. This position submits documentation to the HUD management company for recertifications, lease agreements, etc.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Associates degree in accounting or related field and one (1) years’ experience OR High School diploma and two (2) years of experience in accounting. Must be competent in processing information using Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be able to use discretion, respect confidentiality, and exercise independent judgment; must be reliable, accurate, flexible, and well organized and be able to deal effectively with all levels of organizational staff and the public.
Must be supported by three (3) or more written references by responsible individuals.
