We're looking for a sharp Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for a large scale, mission critical data center construction project. You'll work directly with the Project Coordinator and site leadership to keep the team organized, informed, and ahead of deadlines.
If you're detail oriented, great with people, and confident juggling multiple priorities - this role is for you.
What You'll Do- Maintaining and organizing project documentation (RFIs, submittals, permits, drawings, daily logs)
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, coordinating site logistics, and tracking action items
- Supporting onboarding and badging for subcontractors and vendors
- Preparing and distributing meeting minutes, agendas, and project updates
- Tracking deliveries, equipment logs, inspections, and safety documentation
- Assisting with procurement tasks: issuing POs, tracking materials, coordinating with suppliers
- Managing site office supplies, equipment, and general administrative needs
- Communicating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep information flowing
- Supporting compliance with Meta's data center security and documentation protocols
- Helping the Project Coordinator stay ahead of deadlines, upcoming milestones, and project issues
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Construction administration or construction management experience
- Excellent communication, data entry, and documentation accuracy
- A smooth, organized admin operation that keeps the project team focused
- Clear, timely communication across all stakeholders
- Accurate logs and documentation that support compliance and inspections
- A proactive mindset - spotting issues before they become problems
- Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work fulltime onsite in a construction environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience on data center or mission critical projects
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, or other construction management software
- Strong time management and prioritization
- Ability to support project leadership with minimal supervision
- Interest in growing into a Project Coordinator or PM role
Fulltime, onsite – 40 hours per week. Shift options: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Work EnvironmentOnsite at the Meta data center construction project in Aiken, SC. Fastpaced, dynamic construction setting. High visibility and collaboration with multiple subcontractors and internal teams.

Contract position based out of Aiken, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
