This position provides administrative support to the division and department heads of PSA.

This position provides administrative support to the division and department heads of PSA.
Examples of Duties
- Administrative Duties - This position supports the administrative team with office management duties including typing, filing, copying, compiling data, handling mail, scheduling, scanning and distributing paychecks and other mail to the department employees. This position is responsible for gathering and submitting weekly timesheets to payroll. Miscellaneous files are created and maintained for ongoing business use.
- Front Facing - This position greets and assists visitors to the plant and receives and forwards both emails and phone calls. Incoming large deliveries must be routed to the correct on-site company or department. County defensive driving training is a requirement as trips to the County building will be required for mail and package pickup. Additional duties assigned as needed.

This job has specific physical requirements such as lifting, driving, ability to travel, etc. mostly sitting, squatting, bending, may lift up to 15 kbs.

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND JOB-RELATED
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Level of Job-Related
Education:
High School;
Associate degree Preferred.
Minimum Amount of Job-Related
Experience:
3 years general administrative experience.
Minimum Level of any
Required Qualifications , Licenses, Certificates, Registrations or any Relevant Knowledge, Job Skill or Equivalent Experience.
