Description

Supporting a manufacturing client in the Aiken, SC area with a search for an Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures smooth operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

+ Administrative Support:

+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.

+ Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.

+ Communication & Liaison:

+ Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

+ Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests to ensure timely responses.

+ Project Coordination:

+ Assist in tracking manufacturing projects, production schedules, and KPIs.

+ Support cross-functional teams with documentation and meeting follow-ups.

+ Data & Document Management:

+ Maintain confidential files, contracts, and compliance records.

+ Compile and analyze operational data for executive review.

Requirements

Qualifications

+

Education:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

+

Experience:

3+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

+

Skills:

+ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include specifically Excel and PowerPoint skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
