- Time and Materials requirements.
Construction Labor Relations Administrative Clerk CO 110 is responsible for the hiring and termination process for all SRR Construction Craft Employees. The duties are multi-functional in support of these processes and include giving direction and oversight.
Construction Labor Relations Administrative Clerk
- Construction Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services
- Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and
Provide direction to SRR new hire craft employee applicants thru the employment process which includes:
o Communication to the Unions for Manpower
o Scheduling applicants for – Training, Badging, Medical, and
o Drug Testing
o New Hire Orientation
Process craft data input into the People Soft payroll system to insure that new hire and rehire craft employees are placed on the SRR payroll in an expeditious manner.
Verify I-9 documents for E-Verify data entry.
Process craft employees weekly shift changes, job reclassifications, W-4 changes, address changes and other personnel information changes.
Monitor and coordinate the out processing of terminating craft employees (Reductions in Force, Discharges for Cause and Voluntary Quits, etc.
Retrieval of terminated craft employee's security badges for return to site security for additional processing.
Maintain employment data base for craft new hires and terminations.
Provide statistical reports utilizing craft data base.
Enter new hires/rehires into the Medical Surveillance program monitoring.
Track company employment files for health study issues.
Maintain active/terminated craft files for OPM's investigations.
Provide administrative support to the Labor Relations group on an as needed basis.

QualificationsThe Construction Labor Relations Administrative Clerk
- Construction shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.
The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
requisite work experience and technical skills to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the Construction Labor Relations Administrative Clerks working and performing tasks in the Energy Industry (Oil and Gas / Power and Utilities / Nuclear Energy) High School Diploma (minimum) 2+ years' experience in an office environment, construction clerical experience preferred
Experience in Craft Hiring
Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, Lotus Notes and People Soft preferred A 40-hour workweek is scheduled. SRR Construction utilizes a 10 hour per day – four days per week schedule.
A standard work week is Monday through Thursday 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Personal vehicles operated by candidate must be insured with proof of insurance within the vehicle
