Pro Sidian seeks a Training Specialist I for program support on a contract contingent, generally located across the Aiken, SC area supporting a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. This position is hybrid – on/off client site and virtual.

We seek Training Specialist I candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS). Provide services and support as a Training Specialist I in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on CM | Compliance Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS | C&SCM) | SRNS Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) generally located in Aiken, SC and across the South Eastern USA Region (of country/world) hybrid – on/off client site and virtual.

Delivers and supports Engagement Team initiatives for Comprehensive Procedural Support For Savannah River Nuclear Solution's (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) by leading and delivering on integrated PMO governance, regulatory compliance, contract optimization, and process engineering to design, document, implement, train, and continuously improve end-to-end C&SCM procedures, ensuring compliant, efficient, audit-ready procurement and supply chain execution aligned with FAR, DEAR, DOE, NNSA, and evolving mission requirements.
