Are you a proactive leader with a strong track record of managing construction projects from the ground up? We're seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations and serve as the vital link between project teams, subcontractors, and inspectors.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage on-site construction teams
- Oversee daily operations and ensure projects stay on time and on budget
- Coordinate subcontractors and project timelines
- Enforce safety and quality standards across the site
- Maintain site documentation, including RFIs and daily reports
- Liaise with inspectors and regulatory agencies for approvals
- Order materials and ensure proper use of equipment on-site
- Keep the job site organized, compliant, and hazard‑free
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (FAA project experience preferred)
- HSPD-12 badge required (or ability to obtain)
- Government Nuclear Experience Preferred (Aiken, SC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), scheduling software, CAD/CAE
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
- Proficient with digital photography for documentation
