Description
Aiken Aviation is a Private Fixed Base Operator that services private aircraft flying to and from Aiken, SC. We are seeking an energetic and outgoing professional for a Part Time Customer Service Position consisting of weekend hours from 7am to 7pm with occasional weekdays.
Responsibilities- Answering phones and emails
- Arranging hotel and/or car rental reservations
- Checking arrivals and departures of aircraft
- Greeting customers
- Taking fuel orders
- Taking payment for services
- Light cleaning of the facility
Individual must be dependable, friendly, attentive and welcoming to ensure each customer has a pleasant experience with Aiken Aviation. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
