Aiken Regional Medical Center is hiring full-time OB/Gyn physicians for an opportunity to help establish a new in-house OB/Gyn group , offering strong community demand, rapid practice growth, and the ability to shape a collaborative, patient-centered program.

  * Call: Shared call with established private OB/Gyn group in the community
  * Patient Volume: High community need ensuring rapid ramp-up
  * Location: Aiken, South Carolina (20 minutes from Augusta, GA)
  * Practice Setting: Hospital-based practice within a community hospital
  * Support / Care Team: Collaborative medical staff, nursing, and hospital support team
  * EMR / Technology: Modern EMR with access to robotics

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population
  * Perform a full range of OB/Gyn procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery
  * Manage deliveries and gynecologic surgical cases
  * Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
  * Participate in shared call responsibilities
  * Precept Family Medicine residents in clinic and labor & delivery settings
  * Document patient care using hospital EMR system

• Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 + productivity incentives/bonuses

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  * Active or eligible South Carolina medical license
  * Interest in full-scope OB/Gyn practice
  * Interest in teaching and mentoring residents preferred
  * Robotics experience preferred but not required
