Kiewit Nuclear Solutions team has an immediate opening for an experienced Contracts Manager in our growing District. You will be part of our rapidly growing nuclear solutions business supporting Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, Environmental Management, and Office of Science, and commercial nuclear construction projects working to recapitalize our nations nuclear infrastructure and support the next generation of nuclear power reactors.

It is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on everything from build to design-build of our projects. The successful candidate will have worked contractual matters in nuclear projects or other large federal/commercial type projects.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support prime contract administration.

* The Prime Contracts Manager manages non-technical aspects of the projects to which they are assigned. He/she will also provide guidance and assistance and will collaborate with Project Managers on scope management, change management, schedule, risk, and other contract matters. The Contracts Manager is responsible for documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during the implementation or execution.

* Understanding, interpreting and transmitting of relevant contract information, processes and procedures to all key project participants, guide them to understand, follow up and adhere to their related discipline Scope of work in compliance with their responsibilities with the Contract Terms and Conditions,
