Whatyour future day will look like
- Research and prioritize high-potential industries and applications for future growth
- Engage prospective customers to understand unmet needs and translate them into commercial opportunities
- Define go-to-market approaches and sales strategies for newly identified applications
- Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements
- Support early-stage product development by offering market-driven input and customer insights
- Establish revenue targets and execution plans for new customer programs
- Maintain a solid understanding of materials and processes to support customer discussions and technical problem solving
- Contribute to long-term growth planning through cross-functional collaboration
- Travel as needed (approximately 25-50%) to support customer relationships and market expansion

Type:
Direct Hire
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience developing new markets, scaling early-stage opportunities, or launching new products in the Nonwovens Industry
- Working knowledge of market analysis, competitive positioning, and customer value creation
- Strong knowledge of nonwoven materials, textiles, or engineered materials is required
- Familiarity with aerospace, protective materials, energy storage, composites, or similar technical sectors
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 25–50%
