Pro Sidian seeks a Training Specialist I for program support on a contract: no overtime pay basis hybrid – on/off client site and virtual in the Aiken, SC area. Contract contingent, generally located across the Aiken, SC area supporting a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements.

The Training Specialist I is aligned with GSA Labor Category:
Analyst / Process Modeler. We seek Training Specialist I candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector clients such as SRNS. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Training Specialist I functional area/swim lane/category discipline professional - comprehensive procedural support for Savannah River Nuclear Solution's (SRNS) contracts & supply chain management (C&SCM) delivered by the Pro Sidian engagement team.

Provide services and support as a Training Specialist I in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on CM | Compliance Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS | C&SCM) | SRNS Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) generally located in Aiken, SC and across the South Eastern USA Region (of country/world) hybrid – on/off client site and virtual.

Delivers and supports engagement team initiatives for comprehensive procedural support for Savannah River Nuclear Solution's (SRNS) contracts & supply chain management (C&SCM) by leading and delivering on integrated PMO governance, regulatory compliance, contract optimization, and process engineering to design, document, implement, train, and continuously improve end-to-end C&SCM procedures, ensuring compliant, efficient, audit-ready procurement and supply chain execution aligned with FAR, DEAR, DOE, NNSA, and evolving mission requirements.

Execute integrated program governance, regulatory compliance analysis, and strategic advisory to design, develop, document, visualize, implement, and sustain standardized contracts & supply chain management (C&SCM) procedures—encompassing end-to-end acquisition lifecycle modeling, training and change management, operational deployment, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and long-term compliance maintenance aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR), Department of Energy (DOE) directives, and Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) requirements.
