The position is Home Health Aide at NHC Home Care Aiken
. The HHA provides assigned functions of personal care to patients in the home under the direction, instruction, and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

• Completion of the ninth grade in school.
• Documentation of successful completion of a Home Health Aide training and competency evaluation program that meets standards of 42 CFR 484.80.
• Condition of Participation:
  Home Health Aide Services for content and duration (at least seventy-five (75) hours of training which included sixteen (16) hours of clinical training).
• Provision of home health aide services for compensation since completion of the required training, without a 24‑month lapse in furnishing services for compensation.
• Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record.
