Clinical Director – Mental Health Therapy | Lead & Grow Teams Across Multiple U.S. Cities

Lead clinical operations, supervise licensed clinicians, and make a measurable impact in behavioral health care.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director – South Carolina, Los Angeles, Denver, Michigan & more. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys a balance of direct client care and clinical leadership.

• 70% Clinical | 30% Administrative
• Provide direct therapy services while maintaining clinical excellence
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise up to 10 associate/pre-licensed clinicians
• Provide clinical supervision in accordance with state licensure requirements
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards
• Collaborate with leadership to support program growth and quality of care

• Must be eligible to supervise associates in the state where services are provided
• Must be Board Approved Supervisor by the state.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an in-person or hybrid environment
