Job Description
Long Term (1 Year Contract with two 1-Year Extension options)
This position is primarily involved in work in the computer field performing systems analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, or modification of workflow systems or programs. The position exercises discretion and judgment.
The Specialist has a depth of knowledge within designated Information Technology (IT) area of responsibility that is applied to diverse assignments. This position may collaborate with customers, vendors, industry consultants, and company management in order to drive results. This role supports workflow-related IT projects. This position may guide and share knowledge with other IT staff.
- Produce and ingest accurate diagrams and requirement documentation related to workflow requests and be able to accurately communicate needs back to the customer or requestor.
- Develop, configure, enhance, and support business workflows while working within change management processes.
- Maintain critical planning, monitoring, and reporting processes as well as required documentation, for the timely coordination and completion of project tasks.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to the alignment of software solutions with organizational goals.
- Coordinate, direct, and lead project status meetings, confirm milestones, and ensure goals are achieved.
- Assist in various aspects of workflow development software projects, including design, testing, and deployment, under the guidance of senior team members to contribute to the successful execution of software projects based on area of responsibility.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach, addressing user needs and ensuring software solutions meet end-user requirements.
- Contribute to the development and coding of enterprise-level software applications.
- Participate with cross-functional team members in issue identification, process impacts, and solution development discussions to optimize end-to-end solutions
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on project progress, escalating complex problems to higher-level specialists and seeking guidance when needed.
- Maintain documentation related to software development, including coding standards, procedures, and user manuals.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance software applications.
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and five (5) years
* of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years
* if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
Experience with building complex workflow automation solutions with Microsoft Power Apps (Power Apps & Automate), Aconex, Kahua, or similar platforms.
Experience with building both Model-driven and Canvas apps in Power Apps.
Experience with building workflow and automation solutions in Power Automate.
Preferred- Working knowledge of data modeling and architecture with Microsoft SQL or Dataverse.
- Working knowledge of data pipeline tools (for example: Microsoft SSIS).
- Working knowledge of program management and issue tracking platforms (Azure Dev Ops or Jira) in support of Agile methodologies.

Expense Reimbursement: Expense reimbursement is available for out-of-town candidates. Expenses are reimbursed per U.S. GSA FY 2026 per diem rates for Aiken/Greenville, South Carolina ($178/day)
