CDW is hiring a Business Systems Analyst who excels at improving business processes, optimizing ERP systems, and turning data into actionable insights.
What You'll Do- Lead cross-functional workshops to analyze and document business processes
- Design and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency
- Gather and translate business requirements into ERP system solutions
- Create workflow diagrams, SOPs, and process documentation
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
- Analyze and troubleshoot business data using SQL and relational databases
- Drive system enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and provide end-user support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry.
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or related experience
- Strong SQL and relational database expertise
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms
- Knowledge of HTML and REST APIs
- Opportunity to lead impactful business transformation initiatives
- Work closely with operations, supply chain, and technology teams
