Assembly
qualifications and requirements include:
- High School Diploma/GED and 2 years in a mechanical, maintenance, or machining trade school, OR
- equivalent Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience in a durable goods assembly, OR
- manufacturing environment; or 5 years of experience in a durable goods assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in complex assembly processes.
- Experience in manual tasks such as finishing, deburring, and completing assemblies.
- Strong quality awareness and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship. Rolls Royce is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
CNC
qualifications and requirements include:
- Entry level, line boring:
Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification, or a U.S. equivalent such as a mechanical or machining trade school certificate, an Associate's Degree, or relevant hands-on experience in a machining environment - Direct work as CNC Operator on the B&W machines:
Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic specializing in production technology, or a comparable 3.5-year apprenticeship in a metalworking profession, or 2 years of trade school or an equivalent Associate's Degree, or 3 years of experience in a heavy-duty machining environment; several years of experience operating NC-controlled machining centers; and knowledge of Sinumerik One control system - All levels:
Strong quality awareness and a high sense of responsibility; physically resilient, reliable, and committed; willingness to work shifts and occasional weekends; and the ability to work overtime as needed - Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship. - Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, OR
