Expediter II – Manufacturing EX

We are seeking an Expediter II to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for loading and unloading parts, staging weldments and fixtures, inspecting materials, and ensuring items are ready for the next production operation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
, forklift experience, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Load and unload parts onto weld tables and fixtures.
• Stage weldments and fixtures in production or designated lay-down areas.
• Review paperwork and verify material and component accuracy.
• Inspect parts and components for damage or quality issues.
• Use problem-solving skills in weld and machine shop environments.
• Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, hand carts, cranes, rigging equipment, and magnets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.
• Support production schedules and team objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Forklift experience and certification/qualification.
• Ability to safely handle materials and work in a production environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Professional attitude and willingness to continuously improve.
• Ability to successfully complete required crane and rigging training within two months of hire.

• Previous crane and rigging experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Experience working around welding and machine operations.

• Must obtain forklift and crane/rigging certification within two months of hire
