Support the Maintenance Management Team in the coordination and administration of maintenance department activities and strategic initiatives. Develop, maintain, and periodically review Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment Asset Care Plans, maintenance standards, and supporting technical documentation. Maintain equipment records, asset registers, technical files, machine documentation, and maintenance compliance records.

Support maintenance compliance programs including statutory inspections, engineering inspections, pressure systems, lifting equipment, and other regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or associate degree, and 2 years of experience in Maintenance engineering; or 4 years’ experience in Maintenance Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency with SAP required. Strong knowledge of Lockout/Tagout programs, maintenance compliance requirements, and asset management principles. Knowledge of CMMS or EAM systems and maintenance documentation processes. Strong analytical ability where problems are complex. Strong organizational planning and follow-up skills

The materials will weigh between 10-25 pounds, and the employee will be occasionally requested to move materials once per week. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the employee must have the ability to adjust focus.
