• Support the Maintenance Management Team in the coordination and administration of maintenance department activities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and periodically review Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment Asset Care Plans, maintenance standards, and supporting technical documentation.
• Maintain equipment records, asset registers, technical files, machine documentation, and maintenance compliance records.
• Support maintenance compliance programs including statutory inspections, engineering inspections, pressure systems, lifting equipment, and other regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree, and 2 years of experience in Maintenance engineering; or 4 years' experience in Maintenance Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency with SAP required.
• Strong knowledge of Lockout/Tagout programs, maintenance compliance requirements, and asset management principles.
• Knowledge of CMMS or EAM systems and maintenance documentation processes.
• Strong analytical ability where problems are complex.
• Strong organizational planning and follow-up skills

• The materials will weigh between 10-25 pounds, and the employee will be occasionally requested to move materials once per week.
• Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the employee must have the ability to adjust focus.
