New Spring Church in Aiken, SC seeks a full-time Fuse Ministry Lead to develop a strong volunteer team and oversee weekly gatherings, Fuse groups, outreach, and discipleship while aligning with New Spring's mission. You will recruit and train group leaders and work with the Fuse Director to improve systems and culture.
This role builds a healthy, vibrant ministry helping students have an everyday relationship with Jesus.
