Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor patient responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures depending on unit.
  • Share on‑call responsibilities with a 30‑minute response time if required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1‑2 years’ RN experience preferred; at least 2 years ideal.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities: remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50–100 lbs), push, bend, and pull.
Required Skills
  • Interpersonal: collaborate with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Technical: grasp, push/pull, and move equipment; assist with procedures or operate departmental equipment.
  • Cognitive: manage frequent interactions with the public and customers, meet deadlines under pressure, work under occasional close supervision or independently.
  • Sensory: keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities.
