NIHSS, BLS & ACLS Required CPI - Required (Must be Crisis Prevention Institute's NCI With Advanced Physical Skills Training course) BSN - Highly desired Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required Inpatient Nursing experience required: 2 Years Telemetry experience required6 months Travel Nurse experience required

Med Surg Telemetry experience required

Cerner EMR experience required Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Required BSN - Highly desired

Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.

• Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner.
• Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care.
• Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients.
• Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation.
