Responsibilities
Registered Nurse – Cardiac & Cardiac Step Down, Full‑time Nights – Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina. This full‑time overnight RN position involves providing inpatient nursing care to patients in the cardiac and step‑down units, ensuring quality, patient safety, and continuity of care for cardiac patients during night shifts. Key focus areas include monitoring cardiac rhythms, responding to emergencies, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate recovery and discharge planning.
Successful candidates demonstrate strong clinical judgment, ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and quality outcomes. Sign‑on bonus $20,000 or $30,000 available.

- Education:
Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program. - Experience:
Prefer one‑year full time or three years part‑time experience in acute care setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply in their final semester of nursing school before graduation. - License:
Current South Carolina nursing license. - Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS (upon hire). CPI (within 6 months).
