Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) - Cardiac Unit, Full-time Nights. Eligible for Sign-on bonus.

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families and care partners. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that align with the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Patient Centered Care, along with Service Excellence, guides all nursing care.

QualificationsJob Requirements:
Education requirements: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN preferred.
Work experience requirements: Minimum of one-year full-time or three-years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
Required licenses/certifications: Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire); NRP and TNCC (within 6 months). ENPC preferred.
Required skills, knowledge and abilities: Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
