Join a Patient-Focused Healthcare Team A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Aiken, South Carolina. ResponsibilitiesAs a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform routine physical exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Perform clinic administrative duties, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification.
- Active South Carolina Nurse Practitioner license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in:
Primary Care Family Medicine Urgent Care. - Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Strong EMR proficiency.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
- Ability to practice independently while collaborating with a clinical care team.
- Experience managing patients with chronic health conditions.
- Strong patient education and preventive care background.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure if needed.
Full-Time (38 hours per week)
Four-week full-time training program (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)
Regular schedule includes 2–3 weekdays per week and every other weekend.
In‑person, patient‑facing role.
Occasional travel between nearby clinic locations may be required.
Holiday coverage may be required based on business needs.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
Important InformationA minimum of one (1) year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care is required. Candidates without the required experience cannot be considered. DEA registration may be required during onboarding. This is an onsite, patient-facing position.
