Healogics, Inc. seeks a Clinical Coordinator (CC) / Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to oversee wound care center activities. You will coordinate patient care, plan and implement care, and lead a team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs and technicians to meet center objectives and patient satisfaction.
Work with the Program Director and Medical Director to drive quality, efficiency and compliance with HIPAA, DOH and CMS guidelines, while fostering staff development and continuous improvement in wound care outcomes.
