Registered Nurse or LPN

TMR Management LLC seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse or LPN to support residents at Cumberland Village, a multifamily senior living community. In this on-site role, you'll deliver high-quality clinical care, administer medications, coordinate with physicians, and monitor resident health. You'll document in EHR systems, support care plans, and educate residents and families. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to residents at Cumberland Village
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions using EHR systems
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and external providers to support resident care
• Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and wellness strategies
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support emergency response and triage situations within the community
• Collaborate with property management to maintain a safe, resident-centered environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training to enhance care delivery
