Clinical Supervisor - RN - Cardiac Unit, Nights

We are seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the Cardiac Unit, responsible for overseeing shift operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, patient-centered care.

• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Providing direct and indirect nursing care, supporting staff, and maintaining service excellence standards
• Supporting the facility's mission, vision, and quality improvement initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred
• Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time acute care nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Current South Carolina or equivalent compact state nursing license
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS (upon hire), with NRP and TNCC within 6 months; ENPC preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments and demonstrate leadership, communication, and clinical skills
